Yes, that’s right – it’s not a typo – we really are delighted to be associated with the Viking FM Cash for Kids competition which you no doubt have been hearing on the radio this last couple of weeks.
So – as you could hear – this is an amazing opportunity for anyone wanting to get married to win the wedding of their dreams – whilst at the same time raising funds to help the amazing Cash for Kids Charity
You tell the bride launched on Monday 1st February, the charities exciting fundraising competition which gives away a complete wedding package worth over £20,000 to one lucky couple, including an 80 guest wedding right here at Cave Castle Hotel in East Yorkshire.
We have the pleasure of working alongside lots of businesses in the wedding industry and to help make this prize possible everyone has pulled together tremendously. If you would like to see who has also contributed to the prize then you can find out here.
In order for a chance to win – All brides and grooms to-be need to register online. Couples will be shortlisted by the judging panel and will need to prove their enthusiasm, test their creative ability and show how well they work together as a unit in order to be selected.
In the run up to the announcement of the winner on Monday 7th March, 20 potential couples will then be shortlisted down to 6, each will then need to put their fundraising ideas to practise with only 14 days to raise as much as is legally possible!
All the money raised will go to Cash for Kids funding life changing treatment, equipment and experiences for sick and disadvantaged children in the local area.
A few words from our General Manager – Simon Fuller
“”It is with absolute pleasure that Cave Castle Hotel & Country Club are able to support the Cash for Kids charity this year. As one of the regions leading wedding venues, we felt we could support them by offering a fantastic prize which would help motivate everyone involved in the fundraising effort to raise as much money as possible.
We hope our significant prize donation helps raise awareness of the cause and more importantly helps improve the lives of the children the charity represents so exceptionally well.”
