Hotel Reservations and Bookings

  • Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:30 AM.

  • No, online check-in is not available. However, we offer pre-check-in services. You'll receive an email the day prior to arrival to confirm your attendance and details, saving you time when you check in properly at the reception desk.

  • Early check-in is subject to availability, allowing you to check-in at 12 PM at a charge of £20. Please contact our reservations team to request an early check-in.

  • Late check-out is subject to availability, allowing you to check-out an 12 PM and incurring a charge of £20. Please contact our reservations team to request a late check-out.

  • Typically, you should receive a booking confirmation within a couple of minutes of making a reservation. If more than 30 minutes have passed and you haven't received it, we recommend checking your junk email folder. If you still haven't received the confirmation, please don't hesitate to contact our reservations team.

Hotel Amenities and Facilities

  • Yes, we have ample on-site parking, located a short drive through South Cave from the A63.

  • Parking is free for all guests, inclusive of hotel residents, health club members, golf club members, and attendees of meetings, conferences, or celebrations.

  • Day-use bookings vary depending on the facility.

    For our Health Club facilities, hotel guests can add Health Club access onto their booking upon arrival if it's not already included in their package. However, for non-guests, access to the Health Club is available only with a guest pass while visiting with a member of the Health Club.

    For golf, both hotel guests and non-guests may book tee slots on the day, subject to availability and weather conditions.

    For our spa facilities, please contact The Castle Spa directly for their day-to-day availability and any specific requirements.

  • None of our hotel rooms are equipped with fridges. If you require items to be refrigerated, please see our front desk team.

  • Yes, all of our rooms are equipped with hairdryers for your convenience.

  • Only a select few internal-facing rooms are equipped with air conditioning. If you require this amenity, please reach out to our reservations team for assistance.

  • Yes, we have 8 family rooms available, each accommodating up to 2 adults and 2 children. Please don't hesitate to contact our reservations team if you require one of these family rooms.

    Pets are not permitted in The Windsor Restaurant or Health Club; however, you are welcome to dine with your pet in The Courtyard Bistro or the outdoor seating area at The Clubhouse Restaurant. If you opt to have breakfast with your pet, you will be seated in The Courtyard Bistro.

    Please note that any damages caused will be charged accordingly at the discretion of the on-duty manager.
