Feast on a spring-inspired three-course lunch accompanied by soothing melodies from pianist Antoine, plus an Easter treat for the little ones.

Homemade soup of the day

Prawn and salmon salad served with a prawn Marie Rose sauce

Chicken liver and truffle pate served with red onion chutney 

Duo of melon served with forest berries

 

TO FOLLOW

Roast topside of beef with Yorkshire pudding and roast gravy

Roast loin of pork with stuffing and an herb gravy

Grilled salmon fillet on wilted greens served with a lemon and dill cream

Chestnut mushroom and spinach risotto with a parmesan crisp

 

TO FINISH

Traditional steamed jam sponge with custard

Strawberry and champagne cheesecake served with a fruit coulis

Double chocolate Bavarois served with a chocolate sauce

Mixed ice creams and sorbet
