Event Booking Policy:

Full payment of the advertised price per person is required at the time of booking, bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Room Booking Policy:

For room bookings associated with events that offer discounted or specific room rates, a 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is mandatory at the time of booking. Please note that reservations made under these discounted or specific room rates are subject to their respective terms and conditions, and any changes or cancellations may not be accommodated.

For events where no discounted or specific room rates are applicable, our standard flexible room rates and terms and conditions will be in effect. These terms include the ability to make changes or cancellations according to our regular policies, which can be found on our website or provided upon request.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements Policy:

It is the responsibility of the lead guest to inform us of any allergies or specific dietary requirements for their entire party up to seven days prior to the day of the event. We are committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. However, we may not be able to accommodate your party's specific requirements if you fail to notify us within this timeframe. We appreciate your cooperation in providing this information in advance to help us prepare accordingly.

Pre-order Requirement Policy:

For events that necessitate pre-ordering of meals, it is the responsibility of the lead guest to inform us of their pre-order choices up to seven days prior to the event. Failure to provide your pre-order selections within this timeframe will result in your party receiving the first option from each menu. Please be advised that we will not be able to make changes to your order on the day of the event. Your timely pre-order submissions help us ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for you and your guests.

Seating Arrangements for Smaller Parties:

For certain events, parties of four guests and under may be seated at a captain's table, a communal dining experience that allows for social interaction and engagement with other attendees. This arrangement helps us maximize seating and accommodate all guests while fostering a sense of community during the event. Your understanding and flexibility in these situations are greatly appreciated, as it contributes to a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere.

To ensure an enjoyable and respectful atmosphere for all guests, we kindly request that you adhere to our event conduct guidelines. These guidelines include expectations of considerate behavior, respect for fellow attendees, and compliance with event staff instructions. Guests who do not follow these guidelines may be asked to leave without a refund.

If alcoholic beverages are available, please drink responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who are visibly intoxicated. Bringing alcohol from outside the event venue is strictly prohibited, and any such items will be confiscated upon arrival.

Personal Belongings:

Take responsibility for your personal belongings and be mindful of your surroundings. Avoid obstructing pathways, access points, and fire escapes, and do not leave personal items unattended. If you realise you've lost something during or after an event, please contact our staff or the Reception desk to enquire about and recover your lost items. We do our best to assist you in reuniting with your belongings. The venue is not responsible for any loss or damage to any property.

Compliance with Age Restrictions:

If the event has age restrictions, ensure that all members of your party meet the specified age requirements. Guests under the legal drinking age should not attempt to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

Smoking and Vaping Policy:

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building to maintain a clean and smoke-free indoor environment. Designated smoking points are conveniently located outside the building. Please seek guidance from our event staff for directions to these designated areas to ensure compliance with our smoking and vaping policy. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.

Cashless Bar Transactions:

Our bars operate on a cashless system, which means we accept contactless payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and card payments. Please be prepared to use these cashless payment options for all your bar transactions to ensure a convenient and efficient experience for yourself and other guests.
