This Christmas, nothing is quite as it seems.

Inspired by the hit BBC series The Traitors, Banished Before Christmas transforms your dinner into an evening of strategy, deception and festive competition. Enjoy a three-course meal as alliances are formed, suspicions grow and every decision could change the outcome.

You’ll be seated in groups of 10 to 12 guests before up to three members of each table are secretly chosen as Saboteurs. Their mission is simple: avoid suspicion while quietly eliminating the rest of the group.

Between courses, your table will compete in a series of interactive challenges to earn shields that can protect players from being “murdered”. At the end of each round, everyone votes to banish the guest they believe is secretly working against them, while the Saboteurs continue their deception behind the scenes.

Can your table uncover every Saboteur before it’s too late? If you successfully expose them all, you’ll claim victory and a prize. Just remember, at Cave Castle, appearances can be deceiving.

No. Everything will be explained on the night, so whether you’re a fan of The Traitors or completely new to the format, you’ll be able to join in from the start.
The Sixth Guest is an interactive experience, but you can take part as much or as little as you like. Follow the clues, question the suspects and join the investigation, or simply sit back and enjoy the mystery unfolding around you.
Not necessarily. At the start of each game, up to three guests on each table are secretly selected as Saboteurs. Every player has an equal chance of being chosen.
That’s absolutely fine. The evening is designed so everyone can take part at their own pace. Whether you love making bold accusations or prefer quietly working out who you can trust, there’s a role for every player.
Yes. Groups are welcome, whether you’re celebrating with friends, family or colleagues. Smaller bookings may be seated with other guests to create tables of 10 to 12 players.
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan and other dietary requirements can usually be accommodated. Please include any requirements when submitting your enquiry and we’ll discuss them with you when confirming your booking.
