Reservation and Payment: All room bookings are subject to availability. To secure your reservation, a valid credit card or advance payment is required. The full payment for your stay will be collected upon check-in unless stated otherwise. Any additional charges incurred during your stay, such as room service or amenities, will be settled upon check-out.

Cancellation and Modification: Cancellations or modifications to your reservation must be made following the specified cancellation policy. Failure to cancel or modify your reservation within the stipulated time may result in charges for the full duration of your stay. Non-refundable bookings are non-cancellable and non-modifiable.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 3:00 pm, and check-out time is by 10:30 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Guest Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process. Guests must present a valid identification document (such as a passport or driver's license) upon check-in. Any damages or losses caused by the guest during their stay will be the responsibility of the guest and may incur additional charges.

Hotel Policies: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas are available. Pets, except for guide and assistance dogs, are chargeable at £15.00 per night, per pet You must inform the hotel that you will be bringing a pet before your arrival. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests who do not comply with the hotel policies or exhibit disruptive behavior.

Liability: Cave Castle Hotel shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay unless caused by the hotel's negligence or wilful misconduct.

Privacy: The personal information provided during the booking process will be handled per the hotel's privacy policy.
