At Cave Castle Hotel, we understand that pets are part of the family, and we’re delighted to welcome your furry companions. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, please read and follow our pet policy below.
Pet-Friendly Rooms
Pets are welcome in designated ground-floor pet-friendly rooms only.
Please confirm availability when booking.
If you arrive with a pet without prior notification and no pet-friendly rooms are available, we will be unable to accommodate your stay.
Pet Fee
£25 per night, per pet.
Pet Supervision
Pets must not be left unattended in guest rooms at any time, whether on or off-site.
Guests will be required to sign a declaration of understanding at check-in to confirm agreement with this policy.
Public Areas
Pets are not permitted in The Windsor Restaurant, The Castle Spa, the Health Club, function rooms, or other non-pet areas (except for registered service animals).
Pets must be kept on a lead or in a carrier while in public areas of the hotel grounds.
Cleanliness and Conduct
Please clean up after your pet. Waste bags are available at reception.
Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour cannot be accepted and may result in an early check-out request.
Damage Responsibility
Any damage or additional cleaning caused by pets will be charged to the guest’s account.
Health and Safety
All pets must be up to date with vaccinations and free from fleas or ticks.
