Pet Policy

At Cave Castle Hotel, we understand that pets are part of the family, and we’re delighted to welcome your furry companions. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, please read and follow our pet policy below.

Pet-Friendly Rooms

  • Pets are welcome in designated ground-floor pet-friendly rooms only.

  • Please confirm availability when booking.

  • If you arrive with a pet without prior notification and no pet-friendly rooms are available, we will be unable to accommodate your stay.

Pet Fee

  • £25 per night, per pet.

Pet Supervision

  • Pets must not be left unattended in guest rooms at any time, whether on or off-site.

  • Guests will be required to sign a declaration of understanding at check-in to confirm agreement with this policy.

Public Areas

  • Pets are not permitted in The Windsor Restaurant, The Castle Spa, the Health Club, function rooms, or other non-pet areas (except for registered service animals).

  • Pets must be kept on a lead or in a carrier while in public areas of the hotel grounds.

Cleanliness and Conduct

  • Please clean up after your pet. Waste bags are available at reception.

  • Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour cannot be accepted and may result in an early check-out request.

Damage Responsibility

  • Any damage or additional cleaning caused by pets will be charged to the guest’s account.

Health and Safety

  • All pets must be up to date with vaccinations and free from fleas or ticks.
