Booking Policy

This Booking Policy explains how reservations are made, paid for, amended, and cancelled. It applies to all direct bookings unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. These terms should be read alongside our Hotel Terms & Conditions.

1. Making a Reservation

Reservations can be made via our website, by telephone, or by email.

All bookings require valid payment card details to secure the reservation.

Guests must be 18 years or over to make a booking.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary depending on booking type and rate selected. The applicable terms will always be confirmed at the time of booking and in your confirmation email.

Website bookings

Payment is taken automatically on the day before arrival using the card provided at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

Telephone and email bookings

A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm the reservation:

  • £50 per room for standard bookings

  • £100 per person for Spa & Stay packages

This fee is deducted from the total cost of your stay at check-in.

Advance purchase rates

Full payment is taken at the time of booking. These bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Cancellations & Amendments

Cancellation terms depend on the rate booked and are confirmed at the time of reservation.

Flexible bookings

Cancellations or amendments can be made up to 3:00pm the day before arrival without charge.

Cancellations after this time will be charged the first night of the stay.

Non-refundable bookings

These bookings cannot be amended or cancelled. The full cost of the stay will be charged in all circumstances.

4. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the full value of the booking will be charged and the reservation will be cancelled.

5. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 3:00pm. Check-out is by 10:30am.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability and additional charge.

6. Special Requests

All special requests, including room preferences and timing requests, are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Group Bookings

Bookings of five or more rooms must be made directly with the hotel.

Separate deposit, payment, and cancellation terms may apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

8. Children, Beds & Occupancy

A child is defined as anyone under 18 years old.

Extra beds and cots are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

9. Pets

Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly rooms and must be pre-booked.

10. Third-Party Bookings

Bookings made through third-party providers must be managed directly through the relevant provider. The hotel is unable to amend or cancel third-party bookings.

11. General

All bookings are subject to availability.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse a booking where necessary to protect operational capacity or prevent misuse of rates.
