A Festive Lunch Worth Making Time For

The Clubhouse at Cave Castle Golf Club is one of the most tucked-away dining spots in the East Riding, and at Christmas, it becomes something special.

Join us throughout the festive season for a relaxed Christmas lunch overlooking the course, with a seasonal menu, warm surroundings and plenty of time to enjoy good food and good company.

    • White Onion & Cheddar Cheese Soup
      Croutons, chives, warm bread roll and butter

    • Garlic, Lemon & Chilli-Glazed King Prawns
      Crostini and leaf garnish

    • Duck & Orange Pâté
      Smoked bacon jam and toasted brioche

    • Buffalo Mozzarella (V)
      Sun-dried tomato dressing, balsamic drizzle and garlic panko

    Main Courses

    All main courses are accompanied by honey-glazed carrot and parsnip, sage and chestnut buttered sprouts.

    • Traditional Turkey Breast
      Chestnut and sage sausage meat stuffing, pig in blanket, mashed and roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding

    • 24-Hour Slow-Braised Beef Brisket
      Garlic and Parmesan mashed potato, roast potatoes and stock pan gravy

    • Pan-Seared Salmon Fillet
      Hasselback potatoes, buttered spinach and caper and prawn brown butter

    • Oven-Baked Cauliflower Steak (V)
      Celeriac purée, mashed and roast potatoes and vegetable gravy
