Golf Break Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before playing golf at Cave Castle Golf Club. By booking a tee time or using the facilities, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

Golf Playing Standards: While an official club handicap is not required, players are expected to play to a competent standard. Suitable golf clothing and golf shoes must be worn on the course. Casual shoes and trainers are not permitted. Smart casual dress code applies in the clubhouse. Full-length trousers must be worn in the hotel restaurant.

Reservations and Payments: All tee time bookings are subject to availability. To secure your reservation, a valid credit card or advance payment may be required. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to alter tee times if required.

Dietary Requirements and Rooming List: Please advise us of any dietary requirements at least 1 week prior to your arrival. For group bookings, please provide us with your rooming list 2 weeks prior to arrival. Any changes to the booking should be emailed to admin@cavecastlegolf.co.uk.

Cancellation and Modifications: Cancellations or modifications to your tee time or reservation must be made in accordance with the specified policy. Failure to cancel or modify within the stipulated time may result in charges.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time for the hotel is from 3pm, and check-out time is by 10:30am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Guest Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for their conduct and adherence to the golf club's rules and regulations. Any damages or losses caused by guests during their visit will be the responsibility of the guest and may incur additional charges.

Liability: Cave Castle Golf Club shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings, unless caused by the club's negligence or willful misconduct.

Privacy: The personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with the Cave Castle’s privacy policy.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Cave Castle Golf Club is located.
