Mother’s Day at the Castle

Treat the most important woman in your life to a special lunch she won’t forget. Enjoy a relaxed three-course meal, accompanied by gentle, live acoustic music from Antoine, a local favourite who has been delighting guests at our Mother’s Day lunches for years.

Tables are available to book any time between 12:30pm and 2:30pm, allowing you to choose a time that suits your family.

Children under 11 can join the celebration at a reduced ticket price and will receive smaller portions of the same menu. Please note, alternative kids’ meals are not available for this experience.

    Payments

    • All ticket payments are non refundable.

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.

    • Bookings cannot be transferred to another event once confirmed.

    Dietary Requirements

    • Dietary requirements must be submitted at least 24 hours before the event.

    • We will always try to accommodate requests, although late submissions may limit what we can provide.

    • If you have a severe allergy, please contact the team directly before booking so we can confirm whether the event menu is suitable.

    Event Schedule

    • Event timings may vary slightly. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

    • Seating is arranged by our events team. Requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

    Behaviour and Safety

    • Our team reserves the right to refuse service or entry if a guest’s behaviour causes disruption or risk.

    • Under 18s are not permitted on this event.

    Accommodation Bookings

    • Bedrooms booked in connection with an event require a £50 non refundable deposit per room.

    • The remaining balance is due on arrival unless stated otherwise.

    • Bedroom deposits may be transferred to another date or refunded if the event booking is cancelled.

    Accessibility

    • If you require accessible seating or additional assistance, please contact us before booking so we can make suitable arrangements.

    Photography and Media

    • We may take photos or short video clips during events for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any images, please let a member of the team know on arrival.

    General

    • If an event has to be cancelled by the hotel, guests will receive a full refund for the ticket price.

    • In cases of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may adjust parts of the event to keep everyone safe.
