Terms & Conditions

Deposit: A deposit of £100 per person is required at booking.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given unless the hotel cancels your appointment.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on check-in.

Single Occupancy: Subject to a £30 single supplement charge.

Treatments: Choices are made on the day of booking, subject to availability.

Offer Validity: Runs throughout March & April, excluding Friday and Saturday nights. Treatment times are not available on Sundays.
