Some nights don’t need a plan. Just a good drink, a decent meal, and somewhere worth waking up in.

Bed, Bottle & Bistro is our summer overnight package — dinner and drinks for two in the Courtyard Bistro, a night in the Castle, full Yorkshire breakfast, and Health Club access the next morning. Available from 1 May - 31 August, Mondays - Thursdays.

  • Bed, Bottle & Bistro is available for stays between 1 May and 31 August 2025, Sunday to Thursday nights only. Subject to availability at time of booking.

    Booking & Payment

    A valid card guarantee is required for all online bookings. A minimum deposit of £50 is required for telephone bookings. Full payment is due on arrival unless otherwise agreed. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival.

    Availability & Amendments

    This package is offered subject to availability. Cave Castle Hotel reserves the right to amend, withdraw or substitute any element of this package at any time, including in circumstances where a booking has been accepted in error or the package is unavailable on the requested date. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable and offer an alternative date, a suitable substitute, or a full refund of any deposit paid. No further compensation will be payable.

    Dining

    Dinner is served in the Courtyard Bistro and includes one main course per person from the bistro menu, subject to menu availability on the night. Steak dishes are not included. Dinner must be taken on the evening of arrival. The included drinks allowance covers one drink per person — choose from house wine, beer, spirit and mixer, or a soft drink. Additional food and drinks are available at the standard menu price and will be charged to your room or settled at the time of order.

    Accommodation

    Package price is based on two adults sharing a standard room. Single occupancy bookings are not eligible for this package. An upgrade to a Deluxe Castle Suite is available for an additional £20 per stay, subject to availability at time of booking. Room allocation is at the discretion of the hotel.

    Health Club

    Health Club access is included from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival to 12:00 noon on the day of departure and is subject to the Health Club’s standard operating hours. Cave Castle Hotel reserves the right to restrict or close Health Club facilities for maintenance, private hire or other operational reasons. Alternative arrangements may be offered where reasonably practicable.

    General

    This package cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount. Add-ons are subject to additional charges and availability. Cave Castle Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay where guest conduct is deemed inappropriate, without refund. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
