Our summer patio party returns with a new name and the same laid back energy. Sunset Social is our take on summer, done properly. A late afternoon that drifts into evening, soundtracked by live DJ and sax, set against the lawns and stone backdrop of the castle. It is relaxed, stylish and designed for those who prefer their summer with a little polish.

From 3pm until late, expect warm house, classic feel good tracks and live sax woven through the soundtrack as the light shifts and the atmosphere builds.

If you would rather dine indoors first, our on site restaurants will be open before you head out to the patio and settle in for the evening.

Ticket Information

Tickets are priced at £25 per person, includes live DJ and sax till midnight. Food and drinks are not included.

    Payments

    • All ticket payments are non refundable.

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.

    • Bookings cannot be transferred to another event once confirmed.

    Dietary Requirements

    • Dietary requirements must be submitted at least 24 hours before the event.

    • We will always try to accommodate requests, although late submissions may limit what we can provide.

    • If you have a severe allergy, please contact the team directly before booking so we can confirm whether the event menu is suitable.

    Event Schedule

    • Event timings may vary slightly. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

    • Seating is arranged by our events team. Requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

    Behaviour and Safety

    • Our team reserves the right to refuse service or entry if a guest’s behaviour causes disruption or risk.

    • Under 18s are not permitted on this event.

    Accommodation Bookings

    • Bedrooms booked in connection with an event require a £50 non refundable deposit per room.

    • The remaining balance is due on arrival unless stated otherwise.

    • Bedroom deposits may be transferred to another date or refunded if the event booking is cancelled.

    Accessibility

    • If you require accessible seating or additional assistance, please contact us before booking so we can make suitable arrangements.

    Photography and Media

    • We may take photos or short video clips during events for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any images, please let a member of the team know on arrival.

    General

    • If an event has to be cancelled by the hotel, guests will receive a full refund for the ticket price.

    • In cases of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may adjust parts of the event to keep everyone safe.
